The role available at Trulieve is for a Seasonal Dispensary Associate in the Retail Department, a pivotal position responsible for guiding customers through their cannabis journey with education, empathy, and expert product knowledge. This is a part-time position offering $15.15 per hour plus tips and is not remote, requiring physical presence at the Baseline - Guadalupe, AZ location. The Dispensary Associate plays a crucial role in facilitating compliant purchases according to state regulations while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Job Requirements
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age (18 in CT, PA, and WV)
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to move intermittently throughout the workday
- Must be able to see and hear adequately or use prosthetics
- Must function independently with integrity
- Must be able to relate and work with ill, disabled, elderly, and emotionally upset individuals
- Must possess the mental and physical capacity to perform job duties
- Must comply with Trulieve Policies and Procedures
Job Qualifications
- High-school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in retail or customer service preferred
- Prior cash handling experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions
- Ability to interact respectfully with customers and team members
- Conversational English proficiency
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for delivery role
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service to customers, guests, and coworkers
- Provide empathy and compassion to patients
- Provide the TruExperience through elevated patient service standards, behaviors, and product knowledge
- Assist Managers and Shift Supervisors with returns in accordance with company policy
- Prepare and process patient orders in a timely and efficient manner
- Follow Trulieve Policies and Procedures
- Work directly with the leader on duty to enhance the customer experience
- Assist customers with any product or device issues
- Work with leadership and management to find solutions to customer issues
- Document customer issues and concerns on the customer's profile
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked workstation throughout the shift
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by Management
- Fulfill delivery role when required, possessing valid driver’s license and clear driving record
- Assist with processing online orders including deliveries within required timeframes
