We are currently seeking a reliable and dedicated Seasonal Dishwasher to join the Louis M. Martini Winery team on a part-time, onsite basis. This role is vital to maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen during peak periods, ensuring a seamless and exceptional guest experience. As a Seasonal Dishwasher, you will be entrusted with operating commercial dishwashing equipment to thoroughly clean, sanitize, and prepare dishes, glassware, and cookware for immediate use. In addition to dishwashing tasks, you will assist with general kitchen upkeep duties including sweeping floors, managing waste disposal, maintaining pantry organization, and supporting deep cleaning efforts. Opportunities to assist in inventory management processes such as receiving and storing supplies will also be part of your responsibilities.
This position demands physical stamina including the ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds, frequent standing and walking throughout shifts, and sharp attention to detail to ensure the inspection of items for cleanliness and integrity. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, the ability to work effectively within a team, and demonstrate accountability and initiative in all assigned duties.

Job Requirements
- required to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs
- required to engage in frequent walking and standing
- required to possess vision necessary to inspect glassware and dishware for smudges, chips, or stains
- skilled in reading, comprehending, interpreting and executing simple instructions, short correspondence and memos
- skilled in writing simple correspondence
- skilled in adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing using whole numbers
- required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meetings up to 5% of the time
- required to be 18 years or older
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or state-issued equivalency certificate
- prior restaurant dishwashing experience
- possession of ServeSafe certification
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work well in a team environment
