This role involves completing comprehensive closing duties such as storing reusable goods, breaking down supplies, cleaning equipment and work areas, locking refrigerators, restocking items, turning off lights, and securing doors. Additionally, the role requires maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of all china, glassware, and silverware before use, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures, and adhering to rigorous company safety protocols. The individual will also be responsible for supporting a positive work environment through effective communication, professional conduct, and teamwork. Physical demands include the ability to stand, walk, lift, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds, as well as maneuvering over various surfaces and stairs. Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent
Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for entire shift
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
Maintain professional appearance and adhere to company policies
Ability to follow safety and security procedures
Willingness to complete safety training and certifications
Ability to work collaboratively with team and support company goals

Job Duties

Complete closing duties including storing reusable goods and breaking down supplies
Clean all equipment and work areas and restock items
Lock refrigerators, turn off lights, and lock doors at end of shift
Inspect cleanliness and presentation of china, glass, and silverware prior to use
Practice clean-as-you-go procedures maintaining work area cleanliness
Follow company safety and security policies and report unsafe conditions
Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality of proprietary information
Welcome guests and use professional communication and telephone etiquette
Support team goals and respond appropriately to employee concerns
Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds and navigating various surfaces and stairs
