As an event server, your responsibilities include aiding in setup and teardown activities, managing guest needs with a keen eye for detail, and maintaining a courteous demeanor throughout the event. For bartenders, this role requires knowledge of the event specifics and bar setup, preparing and serving drinks responsibly while ensuring legal compliance in alcohol service, and participating in cleanup duties. Event captains carry the additional responsibility of transporting food, drinks, and equipment safely to venues, managing all aspects of the event setup and service, leading team members effectively, communicating with the event host, and proactively resolving any unexpected issues.

Hourly pay ranges from $16 to $24 depending on the position, plus gratuities, making these roles financially rewarding.
