This role is for a Bar Server at The Westin Cleveland, offering a competitive hourly wage of $12.25 with potential tips and service charge eligibility. The Bar Server plays a critical part in maintaining a hospitable atmosphere and ensuring positive guest experiences. Responsibilities include setting up the bar daily, requisitioning and stocking beverages and supplies based on event projections, preparing fresh garnishes and perishables to guarantee quality, and delivering courteous, friendly service to guests while efficiently processing drink orders.
