Pacha New York is currently seeking a skilled and guest-focused Seasonal Bartender to join its dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional beverage service in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. The Seasonal Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality drinks while engaging with guests to create memorable experiences. Playing a crucial role within the bar team, the bartender must ensure seamless bar operations, adhere strictly to health and safety regulations, and contribute to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

The position offers a competitive hourly wage of USD 11.35 plus tips, reflecting the company’s dedication to fair compensation. In this role, the Seasonal Bartender will be expected to excellently prepare and serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensure compliance with all NYC Department of Health food and beverage regulations, and maintain positive guest interactions throughout their shift. Effective use of the POS system and inventory management are also key components of the job. This position requires someone who thrives in a bustling setting, with strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail to ensure the bar runs smoothly and efficiently.

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Moreover, the ideal candidate should possess the necessary certifications, including a valid NYC DOH Food Protection Certificate and current TIPS certification, ensuring all service standards meet regulatory requirements and uphold the venue’s reputation for excellence.
