Job Requirements

Minimum 2+ years’ experience in high-volume bartending, including cocktail preparation
Valid NYC DOH Food Protection Certificate
Current TIPS certification
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and guest engagement skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests efficiently and accurately
Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain positive guest interactions
Recommend beverages based on guest preferences and promote menu specials
Mix, garnish, and present drinks to a high standard
Accurately process transactions using the POS system
Verify guest identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance
Monitor and maintain bar stock levels, ensuring all supplies are replenished
Conduct basic inventory checks to support smooth operations
Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant bar environment
Ensure full compliance with NYC DOH food and beverage regulations
