Job Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in high-volume bartending, including cocktail preparation
- Valid NYC DOH Food Protection Certificate
- Current TIPS certification
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and guest engagement skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests efficiently and accurately
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain positive guest interactions
- Recommend beverages based on guest preferences and promote menu specials
- Mix, garnish, and present drinks to a high standard
- Accurately process transactions using the POS system
- Verify guest identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance
- Monitor and maintain bar stock levels, ensuring all supplies are replenished
- Conduct basic inventory checks to support smooth operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant bar environment
- Ensure full compliance with NYC DOH food and beverage regulations
