Job Description

Pasque is a distinguished hospitality establishment that champions the philosophy of 'Nature Based Cuisine.' This innovative restaurant places a strong emphasis on creating a harmonious relationship with nature by prioritizing seasonal ingredients and sourcing products mindfully from local farms and ranches. Pasque’s culinary approach highlights the vast possibilities that emerge from respectful interactions with the environment, focusing on wild foods and carefully cultivated produce and meats. The food served is a reflection of this dedication to sustainability and quality, offering guests a unique dining experience that is deeply connected to its natural surroundings.

The beverage program at Pasque complements the food philosophy by featuring classic cocktails crafted with elegance and precision alongside a thoughtfully curated wine selection available by the bottle. Additionally, the venue offers innovative Zero Proof options, ensuring there is something for every guest to enjoy. Pasque’s service model embraces the refinement typically associated with fine dining but does so with a warmth and genuine hospitality that invites guests to feel comfortable and valued throughout their visit.

Furthermore, Pasque is part of the Aparium Hospitality Services group, a company known for fostering diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace environments. Aparium is committed to supporting its team members and creating a workplace where everyone can thrive. This commitment is reflected in the way Pasque operates and hires its staff.

The Seasonal Barista role at Pasque is a vital part of the Food and Beverage team, reporting directly to the Restaurant Manager. This non-exempt, hourly position offers a base hourly rate starting at $19.29, with total earnings potentially ranging between $22 and $35 per hour including tips. The barista position is seasonal, with applications accepted through June 30th, 2026, or until the position is filled.

As a Seasonal Barista, your primary responsibility will be to craft exceptional coffee and tea beverages that enhance guest satisfaction and create memorable experiences. This role demands a passion for the art of coffee making and a thorough understanding of different brewing techniques. Baristas at Pasque work closely with servers, bartenders, chefs, and other staff members to ensure a seamless guest experience. Your role not only involves beverage preparation but also requires exceptional interpersonal skills to greet guests warmly and fulfill their customized beverage requests accurately and promptly.

The role encourages baristas to take ownership of the entire guest experience, from welcoming guests to troubleshooting any service issues with tact and professionalism. Baristas will participate in regular team meetings to share feedback, brainstorm ideas, and collaborate on refinement of service practices. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace is crucial, as is demonstrating respect for teammates, guests, and equipment.

This position offers the opportunity to deepen your coffee knowledge, educate guests about the products, and enhance their experience by suggesting suitable pairings. Precision and consistency are important to ensure quality standards for every beverage served. Financial responsibilities include accurately handling cash and completing end-of-shift audits. Collaboration with both Food and Beverage and Culinary teams is fundamental for timely delivery of orders and overall guest satisfaction.

Additionally, the Seasonal Barista should be flexible, willing to assist in other areas of the Food and Beverage department as needed, including banquets, restaurants, bars, and pool services. This multifaceted approach enriches the workplace culture and provides diverse learning experiences for the barista.

Pasque and Aparium Hospitality Services pride themselves on welcoming applicants from diverse backgrounds and provide an inclusive work environment. This job offers more than just a paycheck—it provides a chance to be part of a thoughtful, people-first team that values community, environmental stewardship, and hospitality excellence.
