Their portfolio includes iconic Pittsburgh events such as the Three Rivers Arts Festival, PicklesBurgh, Oktoberfest, and Light Up Night, attracting thousands of attendees year after year. The company prides itself on delivering memorable experiences through meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to excellence, fostering a lively and inclusive environment for guests and staff alike.
Flyspace Productions is currently seeking energetic and customer-focused Bar Servers to join its Mobile Bar team for the 2026 festival season. This seasonal, part-time position offers flexible scheduling, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking a role that fits around other commitments like school or a primary job. Bar Servers will play a crucial role in enhancing guest experiences by providing efficient and friendly beverage service at major local festivals, concerts, and special events throughout Pittsburgh.
The Bar Server position involves serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, pouring draft beers and sparkling drinks, preparing mixed beverages, and handling canned or bottled options. Candidates will also manage financial transactions with accuracy, assist with bar setup and breakdown, maintain cleanliness and organization, and support inventory management during events. While experience with draft system maintenance is preferred, it is not mandatory, as training and guidance will be provided.
This is a role suited to individuals who thrive in fast-paced settings and enjoy engaging with diverse crowds. Flyspace Productions places a strong emphasis on reliability, punctuality, and teamwork, expecting candidates who are outgoing, adaptable, and eager to follow established procedures to ensure seamless service delivery. The company offers a competitive starting wage of $15.00 per hour plus tips, providing an excellent chance to earn additional income while gaining valuable experience in the hospitality and events industry.
Working with Flyspace Productions means being part of a friendly, professional team dedicated to creating inclusive and exciting event atmospheres. The company is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring a supportive workplace for all employees regardless of background or identity. With shifts primarily during evenings, weekends, and holidays, this Bar Server role offers a unique and engaging work environment amid Pittsburgh’s most beloved celebrations, making it a perfect seasonal job for those passionate about event hospitality and customer service.
