  • Ensure all products meet quality, consistency, and presentation expectations
  • Assist with inventory management, ordering, and proper product rotation
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards throughout the pastry kitchen
  • Follow all food safety procedures and ensure compliance with health regulations
  • Support banquet, restaurant, and special event pastry production needs
  • Assist with menu development, seasonal offerings, and creative pastry concepts
  • Help manage daily operations during the absence of the Pastry Chef
