Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work scheduled shifts as needed to meet store needs
- Ability to work and communicate professionally with all management levels and subordinates
- Ability to self-motivate, problem-solve, and work with minimal supervision
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 100 lbs
- Ability to work within a freezer for up to 15 minutes
- Ability to work for up to 8-10 hours in 50 degree temperatures
- Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, squatting, standing, lifting, climbing, pushing, pulling, and walking
- Must have technical skills for basic math and computer use
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Must maintain Certified Food Safety Manager certification
- Must be flexible to work various hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must attend meetings including out-of-town with overnight stays
- Must be able to transfer to another store within the area
- Ability to function well in a team and maintain good working relationships
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in retail management or supervisory roles preferred
