Job Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Six years of experience in customer service or related field
- Ability to drive a sprinter van
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain a positive attitude and professionalism under pressure
- Flexible work schedule including support during peak business needs
- Comfortable and professional when driving and escorting Level One customers, VIPs, and dignitaries
Job Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Six years of experience in customer service or related field
- Ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated professionalism and positive attitude under pressure
- Experience coordinating high-profile customer visits
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Job Duties
- Coordinate and execute daily Level One customer, VIP, and dignitary visits through the Sales and Design Center
- Act as single point of contact for successful execution of customer and prospect visits and Leadership Team events
- Coordinate security requirements, hotel accommodations, transportation, catering, safety awareness, and other special visit needs
- Ensure customers and their aircraft are promptly, courteously, and professionally attended to
- Manage dining, entertainment, tours, luggage, and hotel check-ins for overnight stays
- Coordinate Leadership Team transportation to and from various locations
- Oversee Executive Dining Room events, inventory maintenance, and service standards
- Provide high-level support to Sales and Design Center Customer Service
- Lead pre-visit fast-track meetings and post-visit lessons learned meetings
- Make recommendations for visit guideline improvements
- Coordinate and execute all aspects of customer and VIP visits
- Perform other duties as assigned
