The Bus Driver position involves the safe transportation of students to and from school and school-related activities while adhering to all applicable safety regulations from the California Highway Patrol (CHP), Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV), and Department of Transportation (DOT), as well as company policies. Drivers are responsible for pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, maintaining cleanliness and professionalism of the vehicles, and communicating effectively with students, parents, school staff, dispatchers, and team members. The role requires a school bus certificate along with a valid California Commercial Driver License (CDL) and a strong commitment to creating a secure and positive experience for every passenger.
