The role of a SCA Waiter/Waitress Non-Tipped at SodexoMagic is more than just serving food and beverages; it is about being an ambassador of excellent customer experiences and a warm presence in dining venues. This position is offered on an on-call part-time basis, with work shifts scheduled during mornings, afternoons, and evenings on varying days. The compensation for this role ranges from $18.08 to $23.16 per hour, reflecting the importance SodexoMagic places on recognizing talent and dedication. Candidates hired for this position will be integral in ensuring patrons receive impeccable service in coffee shops, lunchrooms, and other dining establishments under the company’s purview.

Waitstaff in this role take pride in creating a positive and welcoming environment for customers, serving as friendly and attentive representatives of SodexoMagic’s values. Responsibilities include presenting menus, answering customer inquiries, making recommendations, memorizing or recording orders accurately, and conveying these orders to the kitchen promptly. The position requires punctuality, a strong work ethic, and adaptability to meet the varied needs of clients and accounts. While experience in fine dining, catering, or banquet service may be beneficial and sometimes required depending on the location, SodexoMagic also welcomes candidates with 0 to 1 year of related experience who demonstrate a team-oriented mindset and a commitment to maintaining a healthy and safe workplace.
