Job Duties

  • Manage back-of-house kitchen operations including food preparation and cooking
  • Prepare Italian cuisine and New York-style pizza according to established recipes and standards
  • Ensure quality and consistency of dishes served
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
  • Assist in inventory management and ingredient stock control
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
  • Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff for smooth kitchen operations
