Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous cooking experience preferred
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • capacity to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • food handler certification preferred
  • commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety
  • physical ability to perform kitchen duties

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a sauté or broiler cook or similar culinary role
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to follow detailed recipes and presentation guidelines
  • excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • culinary school certification is a plus
