Factor_, a brand under HelloFresh, is currently seeking a Sanitation Manager to join their team in Arizona. This role has a scheduled shift from Thursday to Sunday, 8:00 pm to 5:30 am, and offers a competitive salary range of $77,175 to $89,250 USD. The Sanitation Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving sanitation programs, policies, and key performance indicators for the facility. The role supports critical food safety requirements and ensures regulatory compliance, playing a pivotal role in maintaining the company's high standards for cleanliness and safety.

In this leadership position, the Sanitation Manager will maintain and write detailed procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all plant equipment while managing the master cleaning schedule according to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and company guidelines. Key responsibilities include managing sanitation chemical supply and inventory, building strong relationships across teams and vendors, leading and motivating the sanitation team towards professional growth, and participating in audits and facility inspections. The role also involves training sanitation and plant employees to maintain high standards and ensuring all safety requirements related to sanitation are met, including proper chemical storage, Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), and personal protective equipment (PPE).

A bachelor's degree in food science or a related field with 2-4 years of experience in plant quality, food safety, or sanitation is required. Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and environmental sanitation programs is mandatory, with preferred experience involving regulatory agencies such as SQF, FDA, and USDA.
