The role of a Subway Team Member, also known as a Sandwich Artist®, is an essential position within the restaurant. This role focuses on delivering outstanding Guest service by preparing and serving fresh food options quickly and efficiently. As a Sandwich Artist, you will be responsible for four main areas: providing an excellent Guest experience, preparing and serving great food, maintaining cleanliness and the overall appearance of the restaurant, and being an active Team player.

Day-to-day responsibilities include interacting with Guests to recommend meal options knowledgeably and fulfilling their orders accurately from start to finish. Food safety is a top priority; hence you are expected to adhere strictly to food safety protocols while handling ingredients and preparing meals. Collaboration with teammates is vital for maintaining a clean and inviting restaurant atmosphere that Guests enjoy. The role requires flexibility to work full-time or part-time shifts, including day, evening, and weekend hours, depending on the restaurant's location and operational needs.
