Job Duties
- Greet clients with a warm and welcoming attitude
- answer phone calls and address client inquiries promptly and professionally
- maintain a clean and organized reception area including retail displays
- handle financial transactions including cash and credit card payments
- assist in retail sales by providing product knowledge and recommendations
- monitor and maintain salon inventory placing orders as needed
- collaborate with the salon team to ensure smooth operations from reception to the cutting floor
