Established with the mission to connect discerning customers with world-class wines, the company has consistently emphasized employee growth and customer satisfaction, fostering an environment where innovation and passion for wine flourish.
We are seeking a dynamic, motivated Sales Leader, specifically a District Account Manager with Wine Specialist expertise, to join our vibrant team in Dallas. This role demands someone who can think outside the box and has the ability to design and implement a repeatable, world-class sales process that drives results. The Sales Leader will carry the responsibility of increasing wine sales and promoting the Georgos Wine brand throughout the district. This full-time position requires an individual with strong analytical skills and an eye for talent, who is self-motivated and thrives while working independently. As a representative of Georgos Wine, the ideal candidate must be proactive, highly organized, and skilled in customer service, capable of hosting tastings, and adept at building rapport with restaurant owners, store managers, and other stakeholders. The role involves frequent customer visits and maximizing face-time to foster long-lasting and mutually beneficial relationships.
The candidate will be responsible for maintaining 100 percent distribution of authorized items, managing complete administrative responsibilities for the territory, and conducting regular sales calls with a minimum of 25 appointments or selling situations per week. Duties also include rotating vintages, filling shelves, building displays, and upholding the company's high housekeeping standards.
Additionally, this role involves supervising travel and entertainment expense reports, completing daily and weekly sales planning and distribution reports, and adhering to the 10 steps of a successful sales call. Participation in weekly team meetings, role-play presentations, and ongoing skills development sessions are essential to ensure continuous professional growth and contribution to team goals.
Successful candidates will be passionate about wine, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a high degree of integrity and professionalism. The company offers an unmatched commission structure within the industry, alongside a competitive salary, cell phone allowance, car allowance, credit toward gym memberships, and an annual allowance dedicated to career development.
This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional looking to build a career in the wine industry while working in an environment that supports professional growth, creativity, and a passion for excellence.
