You will actively suggest upsizing beverages and recommend add-ons such as hash browns or donuts to improve profitability. Accountability is crucial, as you will manage your responsibilities on each shift, comply with the schedule, and arrive on time ready to work. You will prepare menu items following precise recipes and follow all necessary procedures related to cash handling, food safety, cleanliness, and restaurant security. Completion of all required training and supporting fellow team members in their development are also important facets of this role.
