Job Requirements
- Must have proven record of reliability, punctuality
- must have excellent communication skills verbal and written, and superior organizational ability
- must be computer literate in Microsoft Office programs
- prior sales experience required and proficiency in catering software Delphi or other preferred
- ideal candidate will have demonstrated customer service and/or restaurant/hotel management experience
- demonstrated experience in securing business relations with clients/guests and in developing strategies that improve guest satisfaction and build client loyalty
- must be appropriately dressed in business attire to represent Ruth's Chris Steak House inside and outside of the restaurant
- must be able to work a flexible schedule and expect to work weekends, nights and holidays
- must express maturity and social skills of a hospitality sales professional in the fine dining arena
