Job Description

Enterprise Mobility, a leading global provider of mobility solutions, operates renowned brands such as Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo Rent A Car through a network of independent regional subsidiaries. The company offers a comprehensive range of transportation services including car rental, carsharing, truck rental, fleet management, retail car sales, and travel management, all designed to simplify and enhance travel experiences for customers worldwide. Privately owned by the Taylor family of St. Louis, Enterprise Mobility manages a diverse fleet of 2.4 million vehicles and generates nearly 39 billion dollars in revenue annually through an extensive network of more than 9,500 fully staffed neighborhood and airport rental locations in over 90 countries and territories.

The Management Training Program at Enterprise Mobility is an exceptional career path tailored for individuals seeking dynamic roles in sales, business development, customer service, retail management, or operational leadership. This program provides a solid foundation for aspiring managers by immersing them in hands-on learning experiences at one of the neighborhood branches, where they directly engage with customers while mastering the intricacies of running a successful branch. With a strong emphasis on development and mentorship, trainees receive comprehensive training in customer service excellence, sales techniques, marketing strategies, financial management, and operational efficiencies.

As a Management Trainee, candidates embark on a career that promises continuous growth and advancement. They will benefit from a culture that prioritizes promotion from within, fostering an environment where ambition and hard work translate into leadership opportunities. The position is based in Missoula, MT, located at 3309 West Broadway Street, providing trainees with the chance to build meaningful community connections essential to driving business growth. This role offers a competitive first-year annual compensation of $52,000, centered around an average 46-hour workweek, complemented by a robust benefits package.

Enterprise Mobility supports its employees with rich benefits, including paid time off starting at 20 days annually, branded apparel, comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, prescription medication coverage, attractive employee discounts on car rentals and purchases, and a 401(k) retirement plan featuring company matching and profit sharing. Trainees are nurtured in a culture of friendly competition that motivates individuals to excel and contribute significantly to the company’s expansion and success, while building rewarding careers. This program is designed not only to develop future branch managers but to shape well-rounded business leaders prepared to innovate and lead within the mobility sector.
