Job Description

Enterprise Mobility is a leading provider of mobility solutions, recognized globally for its integrated network of independent regional subsidiaries that operate renowned brands such as Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo Rent A Car. With a committed presence in more than 90 countries and territories, Enterprise Mobility offers customers a comprehensive range of automobile rental services, including car rental, carsharing, truck rental, fleet management, retail car sales, travel management, and other transportation options. This broad spectrum of services is designed to make travel convenient, affordable, and accessible for its diverse clientele. Privately held by the Taylor family of St. Louis, Enterprise Mobility manages a diverse fleet of 2.4 million vehicles, boasting nearly $39 billion in annual revenue through a vast network of more than 9,500 fully staffed neighborhood and airport rental locations worldwide.

Starting your career with Enterprise Mobility opens doors to a dynamic and promising path through its Management Training Program. This highly respected program is designed for individuals eager to develop their careers in sales, business development, customer service, retail management, or operational leadership. The position is currently available in multiple locations including Bellflower (90706), Long Beach (90804 and 90805), Hawaiian Gardens (90716), and Carson (90810).

Designed for those who aspire to manage and lead, the Management Training Program at Enterprise Mobility is a structured journey that combines hands-on experience, classroom training, and mentoring. Trainees begin by learning the foundational aspects of the rental car business and progress to mastering skills necessary to successfully run a neighborhood branch. The program prepares candidates for leadership roles by emphasizing customer service excellence, operational efficiency, sales mastery, and community engagement.

As a Manager in Training, you will serve as the face of Enterprise, interacting directly with customers and partners while simultaneously managing operational responsibilities behind the scenes. This role is integral to the organization's culture of promotion from within, fostering an environment where motivated individuals can grow professionally and achieve their career goals. Enterprise values a culture of friendly competition and continuous development, ensuring that you receive the support and guidance necessary to succeed.

Enterprise Mobility emphasizes an inclusive, supportive work environment that prioritizes employee growth. In addition to competitive pay, this hourly position offers $22.68 per hour with a targeted first-year annual compensation of $55,700 based on an average 45-hour workweek. The company provides a robust benefits package including paid time off starting at 13 days annually, comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, prescription coverage, employee discounts on car rentals and purchases, and a 401(k) retirement plan with company match and profit sharing.

This opportunity is perfect for candidates who are authorized to work in the United States, possess a bachelor’s degree, have at least one year of experience in sales, customer service, management, or leadership, and hold a valid unrestricted driver’s license. Enterprise Mobility is an Equal Opportunity Employer that accommodates applicants with criminal histories in accordance with applicable laws. Joining Enterprise Mobility means embarking on a career with vast potential, substantial educational support, and a pathway to leadership that can lead you to manage your own branch and build lasting community connections.
