Hilton Grand Vacations is a prominent leader in the vacation ownership industry, renowned for its commitment to innovation, quality, and sustained growth. As part of the Hilton family, this company operates within the hospitality and vacation ownership sector, specializing in providing outstanding vacation experiences through its ownership products and programs. Hilton Grand Vacations is dedicated to helping their guests and owners create memorable vacations by offering exceptional service and a wide range of vacation ownership options. The company places a high value on its team members, recognizing their role as the foundation of its ongoing success and growth.

The role of Sales Executive within Hilton Grand Vacations centers on presenting the company's ownership products and programs to both guests and potential owners. This position is essential to driving maximum net sales volume while upholding a professional and ethical representation of the Hilton Grand Vacations brand. As a Sales Executive, you will engage with prospective customers, educate them about vacation ownership benefits, and help facilitate the purchase decision process. Your expertise and interpersonal skills will directly influence sales results, customer satisfaction, and brand loyalty.

Working at Hilton Grand Vacations means becoming part of a team that prides itself on outstanding employee benefits and a supportive work environment. New team members are eligible for comprehensive health care options immediately upon employment, including medical, dental, and vision insurance plans designed to encourage preventative care. Paid Time Off (PTO) is provided to support work-life balance, allowing employees to enjoy rest, relaxation, and adventures. Additionally, all new employees are automatically enrolled in the HGV Retirement Savings Plan to support their long-term financial planning.

Unique to Hilton Grand Vacations is the Go Hilton Team Member Travel Program, which grants employees up to 30 room nights per year at deeply discounted rates along with a 50 percent discount at participating hotel-operated restaurants. This benefit extends to family and friends through the option to share up to 70 additional discounted room nights annually. Beyond these benefits, Hilton Grand Vacations fosters a culture of diversity and inclusion, ensuring equal opportunity and reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities during the employment process and throughout their career.

This role requires flexibility, as Sales Executives must be available to work a schedule that includes weekends and holidays. Success in this position depends on strong sales and marketing experience, ideally within a branded company and the vacation ownership or timeshare industry. Hilton Grand Vacations values candidates who demonstrate professionalism, ethical behavior, sales acumen, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. Joining Hilton Grand Vacations means being part of a company committed to not only achieving sales goals but also enhancing the lives of its guests and team members alike through memorable vacations and rewarding career opportunities.
