Established to provide a superior vacation product and unparalleled customer service, Hilton Grand Vacations has grown into a respected brand known for its outstanding resorts, friendly team members, and dedication to giving back to the communities in which it operates.
The company fosters a culture driven by passion, talent, and dedication of its team members who play a crucial role in delivering positive impacts on both the industry and local communities. At HGV, employees are valued for their contributions that energize the brand’s ongoing success. Offering day one benefits, competitive compensation, and opportunities for growth, Hilton Grand Vacations is an excellent place for professionals seeking a rewarding and dynamic career.
The role of VIP Sales Executive is an exciting opportunity within this vibrant company. This position centers on welcoming prospective vacation owners by presenting the company’s Sampler Package, also known as the Vacation Introductory Program. The VIP Sales Executive will lead guests through a polished and professional sales presentation designed to educate and engage, helping potential owners understand the benefits and opportunities tied to vacation ownership. As a key player in the sales process, the executive also conducts exit surveys for guests who decide not to purchase, ensuring continuous improvement in the customer experience.
This role offers a competitive earning potential starting at $90,000 and includes outstanding healthcare options starting from day one, such as medical, dental, and vision coverage. Paid time off is also provided to encourage work-life balance, giving team members ample opportunity for personal growth, relaxation, or adventure. The position provides access to the Go Hilton Team Member Travel Program which features deeply discounted rates at Hilton properties worldwide, including 50% off at participating hotel-operated restaurants, with benefits that extend to family and friends.
New team members at Hilton Grand Vacations receive automatic enrollment in a matching Retirement Savings Plan, along with industry-leading training, state-of-the-art technology, and ongoing support to help them succeed. The environment is fast-paced and rewarding, ideal for professionals motivated by sales and customer service excellence who embrace flexibility and growth.
Joining Hilton Grand Vacations means becoming part of a team that values diversity and inclusion and fosters an environment free from discrimination, promoting equal opportunity for all employees. The company also complies with accommodations to ensure every person can participate fully in the employment process and job functions.

Success in this position is measured by the ability to efficiently sell VIP packages, conduct insightful presentations, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain quality assurance. Candidates come with a background in branded vacation ownership sales, preferably with a valid California Real Estate License and experience in VIP package sales.
Overall, the VIP Sales Executive position at Hilton Grand Vacations offers a fulfilling career path with substantial rewards, comprehensive benefits, and the chance to contribute to an outstanding brand recognized for its excellence in the vacation ownership market.
