The Sales Event Coordinator, also titled Sales Ambassador, is a key role within Tito's Handmade Vodka. Reporting directly to the Next Level Program Director, this position is responsible for managing and executing all onsite and offsite events within assigned markets. The role primarily involves event planning, team leadership, and operational support, with a significant balance between fieldwork and administrative duties (75% fieldwork and 25% administrative). The coordinator drives the event strategy, ensuring smooth execution aligned with the company’s overall branding and mission. Responsibilities include booking events, collaborating with sales and marketing teams, recruiting and training promotional ambassadors, managing point of sale materials, and ensuring compliance with state liquor laws. The coordinator is the brand’s on-the-ground representative at various activations, including charity events, in-store tastings, and special functions. This role demands flexibility with work hours, including weekends, and a reliable means of transportation due to the nature of attending diverse locations. The ideal candidate possesses excellent organizational and communication skills, a collaborative mindset to navigate cross-functional teams, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. They are experienced in event planning within the beverage industry or related fields and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting. Tracking, reporting, and supporting continuous improvements are integral parts of the role, making it a multifaceted job that blends creativity, strategy, and execution.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years in event planning, coordination, and execution
