The Sales Director position at Legend Senior Living plays a pivotal role in the company’s mission to provide unparalleled residential experiences. This role demands an energetic and strategic professional who can maintain budgeted occupancy goals, design and implement outreach programs, and conduct impactful tours and events. Additionally, the Sales Director may take on other responsibilities such as managing duty rotations and contributing to community engagement programs.

Job Duties

  • Assuring community awareness of the residence through design, implementation, and maintenance of outreach programs for referral sources and community organizations
  • Developing and executing lead events according to approved event schedule
  • Performing initial contact, follow-up contact and residence tours for potential customers and/or family members
  • Maintaining budgeted occupancy goals and documenting all sales activity
  • Fulfilling other roles as needed, such as Manager-On-Duty on a rotating basis, and assisting with the 100 Hours/100 Days program
  • Communicating effectively with residents and staff
  • Adhering to company policies, procedures and safety guidelines
