Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand for extended periods
Demonstrated strong communication skills
Commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
Ability to follow company policies and procedures

Job Duties

Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires
Present merchandise and share detailed information regarding features and benefits of products
Provide information regarding extended service plans and financing options
Meet individual and team sales goals
Assist with customer traffic management and line queue control
Perform administrative duties to support store operations
Ensure compliance with operational standards, safety, and security protocols
