The Sales Associate role at Coach is a dynamic and essential position, serving as the first point of contact and face of the brand in retail locations. This role involves delivering an elevated and personalized shopping experience that reflects the high standards and style of Coach. Sales Associates not only meet and exceed personal and store sales targets but also engage customers through expert styling advice, product knowledge, and fashion trends. The position requires blending luxury retail service with omni-channel selling strategies, including mobile POS systems and social media integration, to enhance customer relationships and boost brand loyalty and revenue.

Job Requirements

  • ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak retail days
  • ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly up to 50 lbs occasionally
  • ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
  • strong English language proficiency
  • experience using walkie-talkie
  • ability to read price and release sheets

  • willingness to participate in brand initiatives and training programs

Job Qualifications

  • 1+ years of sales experience luxury retail preferred
  • knowledge of fashion trends and competitors
  • experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency including iPad, laptop, and Mobile POS
  • strong English proficiency
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • luxury retail background and social media savvy preferred
  • experience with live-stream shopping or video demos preferred
  • clienteling and data acquisition skills

Job Duties

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador adhering to style and service standards
  • build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and product expertise
  • drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations
  • utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases
  • develop and execute personal sales plans and meet individual and team KPIs
  • maintain high energy on the floor, manage multiple customers, and adapt selling techniques to business needs
  • complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising
