At Drybar Franklin, we specialize in blowouts with a philosophy of 'No cuts. No color. Just blowouts.' We are currently seeking friendly and enthusiastic Sales Associates who excel in customer service and enjoy a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Join us as a Sales Associate/Customer Service Representative at Drybar - Franklin, TN.

Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment (e.g. retail, front desk, hospitality, or salon/spa)
experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems preferred
ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and maintain composure under pressure
must be able to stand/walk for 6-8 hours per shift
strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
technically savvy and comfortable with front desk operations
professional, friendly, and team-oriented demeanor
