Job Description
Roechling Medical is a globally recognized leader in medical component manufacturing and health innovation, committed to improving patient outcomes worldwide. The company specializes in developing custom-tailored components and complete systems that support disease prevention and health restoration. As part of the larger Roechling Group, which operates in 25 countries with 11,000 employees, Roechling Medical is influential in various industries including automotive, pharmaceutical, and industrial applications. The company is dedicated to advancing patient care through innovation by partnering with leading pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device companies globally. Roechling Medical fosters a collaborative and inclusive work culture, promoting continuous improvement and excellence across its operations.
This role is designed for a Sales and Marketing professional who will contribute to growing Roechling Medical's market share and brand loyalty in new and existing markets. The position involves managing the RFQ (Request for Quote) process and database while providing regular reports on pipeline activities and trends critical to strategic decision making. The candidate will engage closely with customers through travel and visits to build relationships and gather strategic feedback. Supporting a variety of traditional marketing functions—including trade shows, public relations, website maintenance, and participation in industry conventions—is an essential part of the role. Additionally, this role supports customer-facing processes such as drafting sales quotes and proposals, facilitating sales and marketing lead generation through market research and prospecting, processing orders, and maintaining communication across departments to ensure accurate and timely product information. Roechling Medical values individuals who are team players yet self-starters capable of effective multitasking and prioritization under pressure.
The position requires a minimum of two years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the MedTech or pharmaceutical industries, along with a high school diploma or GED. Candidates must have strong problem-solving skills, an ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook, and CRM systems. ERP experience in a manufacturing environment is beneficial. The role entails up to 25% travel and requires a valid driver’s license. Physical demands include the ability to sit, stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
Roechling Medical offers a comprehensive benefits package that supports employee health and professional development. Benefits include access to health management programs and clinics, flexible work arrangements including remote work possibilities, access to vending machines for snacks and food during shifts, and tailored training and development programs designed to help employees achieve peak performance. The company is proud to be an equal opportunity employer providing a respectful, rewarding, and inclusive workplace. This position is based in Denver, Pennsylvania and requires in-person attendance during day shifts. Prospective candidates who are legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship are encouraged to apply.
