Job Description

Hawksmoor is a renowned restaurant group with twenty years of experience building an exceptional reputation in the UK, Ireland, Chicago, and New York. Known for its commitment to quality, sustainability, and outstanding hospitality, Hawksmoor has established itself as a leader in the culinary world, celebrated for its award-winning restaurants and a strong company culture. With a focus on community, creativity, and sustainability, Hawksmoor is proud to hold B-Corp values and operates in spaces that promote environmental responsibility. In the fall of 2026, Hawksmoor is expanding its successful restaurant portfolio by opening a new location in Boston, Massachusetts, a city known for its rich history, vibrant energy, and dynamic culinary scene.

The new Hawksmoor Boston will be located in Fort Point at 15 Necco Street in a Platinum LEED-certified building, underscoring the company’s commitment to sustainability. This exciting venue will feature seating for over 200 guests, multiple private dining and event spaces, a celebrated bar program recognized by the James Beard Foundation and Tales of the Cocktail, sweeping views of Fort Point Channel, and an inviting outdoor terrace designed for long lunches and special celebrations. Hawksmoor Boston aims to embed itself as a respected and integral part of Boston’s cultural and dining life.

We are seeking a Sales & Events Manager to join our team and play a central role in the successful launch and ongoing success of Hawksmoor Boston. Reporting to the National Sales Director, the Sales & Events Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales and events strategy that maximizes private dining and event bookings and builds lasting relationships with Boston’s business and hospitality communities. This role involves managing the entire events lifecycle, from pre-opening sales activities and launch promotional campaigns to ongoing event execution and client management.

The Sales & Events Manager at Hawksmoor Boston will be a key figure in creating the pre-opening sales program to ensure a fully booked operation at launch and sustained success thereafter. The candidate will produce targeted sales materials and collateral, communicate effectively with various stakeholders such as concierges, personal assistants, corporate bookers, and event organizers, and maintain strong partnerships with sales and marketing communities, membership groups, and business associations. This role demands excellent organizational skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to cultivate and maintain a robust sales pipeline through exceptional customer engagement.

Additionally, the role includes managing digital tools and systems, including CRM, reservations, and ecommerce platforms to ensure seamless booking and client communication processes. The Sales & Events Manager will regularly organize tastings, showcases, and private dining experiences, helping to develop Hawksmoor’s presence and reputation in the Boston market. This is a unique opportunity for a dynamic professional with a passion for hospitality and event management to help shape the future of Hawksmoor in the United States and play an essential role in launching a major new restaurant in a vibrant city.
