We are currently offering a part-time employment opportunity for a proactive and highly organized Sales & Event Coordinator to join our vibrant team. This dual-role is essential to our mission of growing event sales while ensuring flawless execution of all event logistics. The Sales & Event Coordinator will be responsible for generating new leads, managing client accounts, and coordinating event details from inception to completion. This role demands a blend of strong sales acumen and event planning skills, combined with excellent interpersonal abilities. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, tasked with developing tailored proposals that meet their unique event needs and executing each event to perfection.

The successful candidate will need to be adept at multitasking, managing multiple client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams and external vendors. Your responsibilities will include prospecting and qualifying leads, creating and delivering proposals, managing a sales pipeline through CRM systems, upselling services, and meeting defined sales targets. On the event coordination side, you will manage vendor contracts and permits, coordinate event logistics such as timelines and on-site operations, and oversee marketing strategies in partnership with the marketing team.

This role offers a salary of $17.00 to $20.00 per hour based on experience, with work performed in person. It requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends as necessary to support event schedules. Candidates should have prior experience in event sales or coordination, strong negotiation and communication skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms. Familiarity with hospitality operations and event budgeting is highly advantageous. Job Duties

  • Generate and qualify new event leads through networking, referrals, and outreach

  • oversee event set-up and breakdown ensuring alignment with client expectations
