Job Duties
- Serve as the go-to point of contact for event inquiries via email, phone, etc.
- ensure a timely response to all
- Coordinate event logistics from start to finish, including scheduling and setup
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of events
- Manage event calendars, budgets, and marketing efforts
- Prioritize communication and follow-up beyond the event to create experiences that keep our guests coming back
