Job Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods with periodic breaks
Perform repetitive motions including use of hands and arms for chopping, stirring, carrying, and operating equipment
Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, stretching, twisting, and reaching above eye level
Capability to walk up and down stairs and use a step ladder as needed
Occasional sitting, talking, and active listening as required
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly, using appropriate lifting equipment or assistance for heavier loads
Ability to move quickly and efficiently around the kitchen
Compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to work in a loud, fast-paced environment
Capability to work in varying temperature zones including hot kitchen and cold storage
Awareness and adherence to safety protocols including use of personal protective equipment
Adaptability to indoor and outdoor work environments
Awareness of potential hazards such as hot surfaces, sharp objects, and wet floors

Job Qualifications

At least 2 years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
Strong background in operations, staff management, and customer service
Experience in fast-casual or quick-service restaurants preferred
Proven leadership ability to develop teams and manage performance
Excellent customer service skills for handling complaints and ensuring satisfaction
Financial acumen in managing budgets and controlling costs
Strong problem-solving, communication, and organization skills
Attention to detail especially in food safety and cleanliness

Job Duties

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence
Assist the Restaurant Manager with team leadership and staff development
Monitor quality control to maintain high food quality and safety standards
Manage financial performance including budgeting, cost control, and achieving targets
Create and maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment
Resolve customer complaints and maintain high guest satisfaction
Set the tone for a positive and fun work atmosphere
