Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods (4-8 hours) with periodic breaks
  • Perform repetitive motions including frequent use of hands and arms
  • Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, stretching, twisting, and reaching
  • Capability to walk stairs and use a step ladder
  • Occasional sitting, talking, and active listening
  • Lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly using proper equipment if needed
  • Move efficiently in fast-paced kitchen settings
  • Compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work in loud, hot, or cold environments with exposure to cleaning chemicals
  • Use proper personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Adaptability to indoor and outdoor work environments
  • Awareness of potential safety hazards such as wet floors and sharp objects

Job Qualifications

  • At least two years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Strong customer service and communication abilities
  • Experience managing budgets and financial targets
  • Ability to analyze and solve operational problems effectively
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations

Job Duties
