Job Duties
- Wash, cut and or cook vegetables, fruit, meat, fish, poultry and or seafood to prepare for use
- Prepares and arranges vegetables and fruits for salads according to recipe and garnishes using hand and electric food service equipment
- Set up of Salad Bar, cleans equipment, work area, utensils, and refrigerator
- Uses prep lists to determine production for the day and prepares ingredients for and mixes salad dressings and sauces
- Maintains a fresh and attractive salad bar as well as the organization and cleanliness of the restaurant
- Assigned to other and or multiple departments besides primary job code
- Work on special projects or assist with other work necessary or important to company operations
- Alter or change job duties, reassign or transfer job responsibilities or assign additional job responsibilities in other positions
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
