Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Wash, cut and or cook vegetables, fruit, meat, fish, poultry and or seafood to prepare for use
- Prepare and arrange vegetables and fruits for salads according to recipe and garnishes using hand and electric food service equipment
- Set up salad bar, clean equipment, work area, utensils, and refrigerator
- Use prep lists to determine production for the day and prepare ingredients for and mix salad dressings and sauces
- Maintain a fresh and attractive salad bar as well as the organization and cleanliness of the restaurant
- Assist multiple departments besides the primary job code as assigned
- Participate in special projects or assist with other work necessary to the operations of the company
- Adapt to altered or reassigned job duties and accept additional job responsibilities as required
