We are currently seeking a dedicated Salad Bar Attendant to join our team. This role is vital to the success of our restaurant as it directly impacts our guests' satisfaction and experience. The Salad Bar Attendant is responsible for preparing the salad items to the prescribed recipes, setting up and servicing the salad bar throughout the day, and managing it to ensure it is clean, well-stocked, and appealing at all times. This includes wiping down spills, checking and refilling food levels, stirring or mixing items regularly, and monitoring temperatures every two hours to meet food safety standards. Additionally, this position requires maintaining accurate prep sheets and checklists to support efficient operations.

The Salad Bar Attendant must uphold proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards consistently, contributing to a safe and enjoyable dining environment. This role demands a passion for service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting. It is important for the candidate to be reliable, punctual, and work well within a team. A positive attitude and professional appearance following company grooming standards are essential to represent the restaurant well to our valued guests. While prior food experience is preferred, it is not mandatory as we provide training for the right candidate. Certification as a Food Handler and the ability to carry or lift up to 25 pounds are required for this position.
