The position of Safety Manager at ESFM offers an exciting opportunity for safety professionals to lead and maintain high safety standards across various client sites. This hybrid role requires significant travel, approximately 60% to 70%, to oversee and manage site safety operations effectively. The Safety Manager is accountable for fostering a safety-first culture and ensuring compliance with all relevant safety regulations and quality assurance standards. The manager will implement loss prevention strategies and provide training and support to maintain a safe work environment.

The Safety Manager operates closely with internal teams and client representatives to assess risks, conduct site inspections, and enforce policies that uphold the highest safety standards. The role demands excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of health and safety compliance within industries such as food service, janitorial services, and landscaping.
