Job Requirements
- Minimum of six months dining experience
- Must be able to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy
- Must prioritize, organize and follow-up
- Must be a clear thinker, remain calm and resolve problems using good judgment

- Must understand guest service needs
- Must work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team

- Must have professional presentation
- Must be able to stand for prolonged periods
- Must have developed language skills to read and understand instructions and safety rules
- Must speak, read and write English
- Must be physically able to endure various movements, reach, remain stationary at times, lift up to 40 pounds, and communicate satisfactorily
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of six months experience in fine dining

Job Duties
- Check tables set in the station for cleanliness and proper position before opening
- Responsible for all side jobs prior to the opening
- Set up the service carts with clean and proper items
- Work under supervision of the captain
- Communicate with chef on special orders
- Bring and serve the right food to guests
- Keep correct timing for food delivery
- Be aware of guest needs and satisfaction
- Provide continuous service from start to finish
- Clean tables during meal progress
- Assist captain in greeting and thanking guests
- Assist in dining room set-up
- Prepare service station supplies and equipment
- Stock and clean silver, glassware, china, and linen
- Provide guests with water and rolls with butter
- Refill water, bread, and butter if needed
- Replace soiled ashtrays and clear tables during meals
- Sort and return dirty items to dishwasher
- Serve coffee and tea on order
- Clear tables after guests leave
- Deposit dirty linens in hampers
- Reset tables for next seating
- Ensure cleanliness of bus station and side stands
- Assist waitpersons with closing tasks
- Be knowledgeable of all restaurant and hotel services
- Understand all food and beverage items served
