The Receptionist role at Blue Compass RV is a vital position that serves as the welcoming face and voice of the dealership. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • proficiency with basic computer applications
  • ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • dependable and punctual
  • flexible availability including evenings and weekends
  • valid driver’s license may be required
  • clean driving record may be required

  • Be the first smiling face customers see welcome visitors and VIP appointments with warmth and professionalism
  • answer and route incoming calls with confidence and efficiency
  • keep the front desk running smoothly
  • support the team with clerical and administrative tasks
  • accept and process deposit payments for RV purchases
  • provide basic information about products and services to walk-in customers
  • take pictures of RVs as needed to support marketing or inventory updates
  • assist with additional tasks to create an exceptional customer and team experience
