The runner/expo position plays a crucial role in the seamless operation of our restaurant. As the lynchpin between the kitchen and guests, the runner/expo is responsible for ensuring that plates are completed promptly in the kitchen and that food is delivered quickly and accurately to guests. This role requires a high level of energy and attention to detail, as well as excellent communication skills. The runner/expo will also describe the dishes being presented to guests, enhancing the dining experience by providing insights about menu items.
