This full-time position focuses on enhancing guest interactions through a variety of responsibilities including ticket sales, concession sales, food and drink running, bussing, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the venue. An Expeditor must possess strong communication skills to professionally engage with guests and coworkers alike. They handle point of sale systems and equipment such as iPads and card readers, process cash transactions, and assist guests with website accessibility or troubleshooting. This role also involves promoting merchandise and seasonal specials to enhance the guest experience. In addition to sales duties, the Expeditor prepares and serves a variety of concession items including popcorn, candy, milkshakes, desserts, fountain drinks, and coffee beverages.

Maintaining a safe and clean environment is a crucial aspect of the role. The Expeditor is responsible for pre-bussing tables, cleaning auditoriums, restrooms, lobbies, and patios, and ensuring the overall appearance of the venue meets company standards. Compliance with safety protocols and liquor laws is essential to promote a secure environment for guests and staff alike. The position also involves side-work assignments and participation in teamwork that supports all other departments whenever necessary.

While no previous experience is required, possessing basic math skills is important, and the candidate must obtain Title 4/eTips certification along with a Food Handlers Card within 30 days of hire. Experience in a barista role is considered a valuable plus. The job requires physical activity including frequent stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling, as well as standing, walking, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
