Job Requirements

- ability to stand, walk, and carry items for extended periods

- ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards

- availability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is a plus
- ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
- good communication skills
- physical stamina for standing and moving throughout shifts
- positive attitude and willingness to assist team members
- basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Job Duties
- provide guest service by communicating effectively when guests need attention
- maintain a friendly, relaxing, professional demeanor and assist servers as needed
- clean tables by removing plates, utensils, and drinkware and sanitize surfaces
- reset tables promptly for next guests
- clean areas in and around the restaurant
- empty trash cans
- expedite food and run it to correct tables
- notify management of any facility issues
- clean up spills immediately
- inspect restrooms to ensure cleanliness
