The role of a Cinpolis team member is critical as the company believes its employees are its most valuable asset. The base pay ranges from $15.50 to $19.50, reflecting a competitive compensation package for this role. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a superior guest experience through attentive service and operational support. Your primary duties will include delivering concessions, kitchen, and bar items to guests, ensuring timely and high-quality food delivery, assisting team members, and managing guest interactions to uphold the high standards that Cinpolis is known for. Job Requirements

  • 1+ years of food running or bussing preferred
  • ServSafe food handling and alcohol training certifications required
  • Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with employees guests and management
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to handle difficult and stressful situations and issues in a positive manner
  • Must be able to maintain strong attention to detail while able to prioritize in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
  • Have integrity and can be counted on to do the right thing
  • Available nights holidays and weekends

Job Duties

  • Deliver concessions items kitchen items and bar items to guests including utensils sauces and napkins while embodying nice and amazing service by following all in seat dining procedures
  • Work closely with expediter to ensure all food is delivered simultaneously in high quality and in a timely fashion
  • Demonstrate commitment and integrity at all times double check that orders are correct and complete and communicate with kitchen expediter supervisors if they are not
  • Guide guests through the menu and suggest promotions add-ons or upselling demonstrating knowledge of menu and cinepolis offerings if guests would like to order more items
  • Clean auditoriums removing all dishes trash and providing managers with any found items
  • Be of service to your team members and assist them when needed including scanning tickets for guests cleaning and restroom checks and ringing up guests at concessions or box office
  • Navigate guest complaints and assist with requests or direct them to proper resource if unable to assist
