The role of a Cinpolis team member is critical as the company believes its employees are its most valuable asset. The base pay ranges from $15.50 to $19.50, reflecting a competitive compensation package for this role. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a superior guest experience through attentive service and operational support. Your primary duties will include delivering concessions, kitchen, and bar items to guests, ensuring timely and high-quality food delivery, assisting team members, and managing guest interactions to uphold the high standards that Cinpolis is known for. Physical demands include walking, standing for extended periods, bending, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance. - 1+ years of food running or bussing preferred
- ServSafe food handling and alcohol training certifications required
- Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with employees guests and management
- Effective communication skills with the ability to handle difficult and stressful situations and issues in a positive manner
- Must be able to maintain strong attention to detail while able to prioritize in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
- Have integrity and can be counted on to do the right thing
- Available nights holidays and weekends

Job Duties
- Deliver concessions items kitchen items and bar items to guests including utensils sauces and napkins while embodying nice and amazing service by following all in seat dining procedures
- Work closely with expediter to ensure all food is delivered simultaneously in high quality and in a timely fashion
- Demonstrate commitment and integrity at all times double check that orders are correct and complete and communicate with kitchen expediter supervisors if they are not
- Guide guests through the menu and suggest promotions add-ons or upselling demonstrating knowledge of menu and cinepolis offerings if guests would like to order more items
- Clean auditoriums removing all dishes trash and providing managers with any found items
- Be of service to your team members and assist them when needed including scanning tickets for guests cleaning and restroom checks and ringing up guests at concessions or box office
- Navigate guest complaints and assist with requests or direct them to proper resource if unable to assist
