With a revenue stream of approximately 1.5 billion dollars, UniFirst has firmly established itself as a leader in a marketplace valued at 18 billion dollars. The company operates internationally, servicing over 300,000 business customer locations across the United States, Canada, and Europe. One of the key pillars behind UniFirst's success is its unique family-oriented culture, which fosters a welcoming, small company feel while simultaneously offering the stability and resources of a large corporation. The organization has consistently been recognized for its excellence, including top industry accolades such as being ranked among the top 10 best companies to sell for by Selling Power magazine, as well as securing a place on Forbes magazine's Platinum 400 list of Best Big Companies. This focus on growth and employee satisfaction creates an environment ripe for career mobility and personal development.

The role of Route Service Supervisor at UniFirst is an excellent entry-level management opportunity for individuals passionate about career growth and team leadership within a customer-focused environment. The Route Service Supervisor will oversee Route Service Representatives who perform daily deliveries to a variety of clients, ranging from small family-owned businesses to large corporate institutions. This supervisory role requires a hands-on approach, blending direct leadership with operational responsibilities to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery. As part of the position, the supervisor will be responsible for training and developing their team, responding to service requests promptly, negotiating customer contract renewals, and cultivating strong relationships with both customers and team members. Additionally, providing coverage for routes when representatives are unavailable will allow the supervisor to engage directly with customers and assess team performance.

UniFirst emphasizes a culture of diversity and inclusion, where employees from varied backgrounds and personalities are valued as critical contributors to the company’s success. The firm prides itself on offering a family-like culture without the demands of night or weekend shifts, promoting work-life balance for its team partners. Comprehensive training is provided to help employees enhance their skill sets and unlock their career potential, reflecting the company's core philosophy of promoting from within. For those who thrive in a dynamic and supportive environment, the Route Service Supervisor position represents a promising opportunity to grow professionally while contributing to one of the garment industry's leading organizations.
