Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Possess a valid driver’s license
- Have a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Meet DOT physical exam requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or military service
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina for lifting and standing
- Comfortable with technology
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Meet Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements including physical exam
- Strong customer service skills
- Prior experience in customer service, route sales, or delivery
- Comfortable learning and using new technologies
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Job Duties
- Develop proficiency across multiple routes
- Deliver garments and product to customers
- Provide excellent customer service
- Resolve customer requests independently
- Accurately manage invoices and inventory audits
- Maintain safety and appearance of vehicle
- Collaborate with service and management teams
- Support new account installations and rerouting efforts
- Share customer feedback and competitor information with leadership
