The Route Service Delivery Driver role at Primo Brands is a vital position that plays a key part in delivering exceptional customer service to residential, commercial, and retail clients. This role requires efficient and safe operation of a Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV), ensuring timely and accurate delivery of branded beverages and water dispensers. The driver is responsible for managing account information, maintaining delivery records, and performing professional water dispenser cleaning services according to quality standards. Additionally, this position focuses on fostering customer satisfaction by adhering to each customer's preferences and scheduled timeframes, while also seizing sales opportunities through upselling products and services to promote business growth.

Reporting from Chandler, Arizona, this full-time position offers an annual salary of $61,160 plus customer tips paid weekly. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with Saturday availability depending on business needs, or Tuesday through Saturday shifts are also available. Start times range between 6 am and 7 am and extend until the workload is completed. Prime candidates for this position demonstrate a strong safety focus, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work efficiently in variable weather conditions. The job demands an average workweek of 45 hours or more, accommodating variable start and end times and requiring physical stamina to handle product lifting and vehicle ingress and egress multiple times daily.
