Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a la carte restaurant or catering setting
  • Proven experience in a kitchen or food service environment with expertise in managing multiple stations
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Certification in food safety or willingness to complete training

Job Duties

  • Manage multiple stations including preparation, cooking, plating, or service depending on operational needs
  • Adhere to established recipes, portioning guidelines, and presentation standards for consistent quality
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization across assigned workstations to ensure compliance with food safety regulations
  • Collaborate with other team members to support smooth kitchen or service operations particularly during peak hours or special events
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly to minimize disruptions and maintain productivity
  • Assist in training or guiding other team members as necessary
  • Monitor inventory levels at each station, restocking supplies and reporting shortages as needed
