Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a la carte restaurant or catering setting
- Proven experience in a kitchen or food service environment with expertise in managing multiple stations
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Certification in food safety or willingness to complete training

Job Duties
- Manage multiple stations including preparation, cooking, plating, or service depending on operational needs
- Adhere to established recipes, portioning guidelines, and presentation standards for consistent quality
- Maintain cleanliness and organization across assigned workstations to ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Collaborate with other team members to support smooth kitchen or service operations particularly during peak hours or special events
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly to minimize disruptions and maintain productivity
- Assist in training or guiding other team members as necessary
- Monitor inventory levels at each station, restocking supplies and reporting shortages as needed
